Karl-Michael SALA, German Genealogist since 1979!

International German Genealogist at GermanGenealogist.com

Karl-Michael Sala aka GermanGenealogist.com is an enthusiastic, long-time, successful general contractor for European professional genealogy research. For many years, I had only heard & read of his numerous feats. Either by himself, or using on-site agents such as me, he has solved international clients’ dilemmas in many countries of the globe, from South America to South Poland! Therefore, when he asked me to join his team, I gladly opted to work with him for the benefit of his clients who have ancestors from Poland. I have experienced from him in a most detailed way that he is well-versed in locating Poland villages.    November 25, 2011

South African German Genealogy massive successes shared on the Facebook South Africa Genealogy Community page!

Karl-Michael Sala Hannie, et al. South African admins! My 2nd largest client ever was a S. African who wanted a German passport, so he hired Lynell & me to crack all 4 of his German lineages: Germany (2); Lithuania (1) & Poland (1)!  · 1Jan Mitchell Edwards likes this.

Hannie Nel Hello Karl, did you come right with finding all the lineages? 🙂

Karl-Michael Sala Each & every one! Long stories, of course. But, omigosh, soo very satisfying. My wife, Lynell, does not even speak German, but she singlehandedly cracked one of the matriarchal German lineages on that case! Just one short solution: When the “front & back doors” (the professionally-accepted, i.e. textbook places to look) were locked (failed), she went to the records of a larger nearby town–& unusually, there she was! I would not have done it. So, remember the genealogy researcher formula: 1+1 >2! And, don’t you forget it, Baba Louie{;>)

  • Karl-Michael Sala Caveat Researchor{:>) consulting the records of the nearest large town will usually NOT be the answer!

Professional German Genealogy vs Pro Bono German Genealogy

GermanGenealogist.com has cracked 4+ Poland genealogy research cases–& that’s just since June 2011 ! One was the Ukraine!

Some were pro bono! We’ve finally been able to give hundreds of $ worth of our time & $ back to the genealogy community: an administrator giving pro bono time for patrons for FamilySearch on the Germany/Prussia & the Poland Genealogy Research Community Facebook pages; monetary donations to Cyndislist.com & Wikimedia, et al.

Since 1979: we’ve found thousands of data, documents & images for thousands of ancestral family members for thousands of patrons, clients & ourselves.

Our biggest paying clients have found Lynell & Karl-Michael Sala aka www.GermanGenealogist.com via our website, which has been Search Engine Optimized #1 for over 2 years now. If you’d like SEO, email your budget to my webmaster: paj@webondb.com.

My experiments with posting on forums has been next to useless–other than the ones I created. I am not selling to the 99–I’m only looking for the ONE! This is a niche market, & we specialize in a niche of the niche.

Those who refer people to me will earn a 10% residual reward! Since Memorial Day 2010, two clients have paid me an average of $20,000 apiece. Had they been your referrals that would’ve netted you a $4,000 check & even more, for one of them is still sending more!

My clients, coaches & colleagues not only give a horse’s patoot (quoting one of my naysayers), they put their endorsements & their $ where they see value–in the proven European research couple of www.GermanGenealogist.com! Read now 73+ endearing endorsements on Linkedin!

My gosh, Mark, Tom & other naysayers: Why do you think Ancestry.com hand-picked Lynell & me to initialize their online & on-the-phone research team? Yes, THE very 1st two persons! Most of the people with whom I worked wrote kudos. Since ACOM, we have set sail, except it is back to the Old World for our clients{;>)

Quit rocking our boat & sabotaging our dream for clients whose names you & we do not yet know. Your having cut me out merely kept the word from reaching those who need me.

Spread the word, for time is short. If you don’t like my message, you can–as Twitter used to say–just mosey on{;>) Would you agree, William, et al?

Bonnie Balogh Rosado That’s an awesome gift you have to offer people. I know it certainly filled in some pieces of my life. What a thoughtful Christmas or birthday gift this would make. Certainly appropriate for – Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparent’s Day, etc. …… The list goes on. 🙂

  •  Karl-Michael Sala Thank you, Bonnie Balogh Rosado. I get to be a “Santa Claus” all year long.

Gretchen A. Warda (nee Wernecke), a DAR sister, Colonial Dame & Wisconsin Society Past President, paid us over $4,000 back in the early 1980s to do field, on-site German Genealogy research in East Germany.  Yes, back when it was NO FUN!  She had read my article in a genealogical publication.  The topic was on-site German Genealogy research IN-country.  She was hooked.  This fellow, Karl-Michael Sala had traveled to numerous tiny little villages all over Germany  & the Czech Republic (Cechy in Czech, historically aka Bohemia or Böhmen, auf deutsch) for himself, the mother of his children, their ancestors & a few clients!  This guy could actually decipher this old German handwriting better than his native German mother, for goodness sake.  Give me a telephone so I can call this guy to ask him if he’d do some research for me.
